The secret number was fixed before any spot sold, and it produces exactly the teams below.

1. Was the number fixed in advance?

We published this fingerprint when the break opened for buying, before anyone knew a single team.

2b5b54196774f4e42043086eaecbba46621f160dd8c0364a8e500a642caf90e6

Re-hashing the number we revealed gives:

2b5b54196774f4e42043086eaecbba46621f160dd8c0364a8e500a642caf90e6

They match, so the number could not have been chosen to suit the result.

2. Does the number produce these teams?

Method fisher-yates-hmac-sha256-v1, secret number:

3997ce8de2895092edce36d93ca36cd9e8b75a0d97a6c08ac11a91246dd6386b

We re-ran the shuffle just now, on this page, and compared every spot against what was recorded when the rip started.

All 30 spots match.
